What you do
The mission is to successfully implement two digital initiatives within a specific legal domain:
- Writing aid: to enable professionals to compile judgments more quickly and easily.
- E-evidence: the implementation of European legislation regarding electronic evidence.
You ensure that people are willing and able to work with new tools and methods. You navigate effortlessly between various stakeholders, such as administrators, team leaders, legal professionals, administrative staff, local implementation coordinators, and the IT department.
Your tasks include:
- Engaging people in the 'why' behind the change.
- Helping to shape and implement new working methods.
- Connecting and supporting local coordinators.
- Stimulating knowledge sharing between departments.
- Bringing together interests and different perspectives.
- Monitoring and reporting progress.
- Bringing structure to an environment where it is not always self-evident.

- Approximately 2-5 years of experience with change management in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
- Experience within the government or a similar organization is a plus.
