Project Controller

As a Project Controller, you are the financial sparring partner for contracts and projects within a construction company. You monitor the financial performance of maintenance and service contracts, support project teams with sharp analyses and forecasts, and contribute to optimal project results.

What you will do.

• You will be the financial sparring partner for project teams.
• You will work closely with project management, work preparation, and execution.
• You will take the initiative to conduct independent research for critical budget monitoring and invoicing processes.
• You will be co-responsible for the financial aspects of tenders and determining the right financial course.
• You will facilitate informed and data-driven decision-making for projects.
• You will provide insight into project progress, costs, cash flow, forecasts, and project and contract risks and opportunities.
• You will monitor the financial progress of contracts and projects, including managing costs, revenues, cash flow, and risks.
• You will prepare and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and periodic reports.
• You will contribute to the preparation of the annual budget for the branch.
• You will identify deviations and advise project teams on adjustments and optimization.
• You will perform financial risk analyses, scenario analyses, and evaluate contract changes.
• You will be part of project teams to set up improvement initiatives from idea to realization.
• You will ensure the proper, timely, and complete project administration in accordance with laws and regulations, IFRS, and internal policies.
• You will support audits and maintain contact with internal and external stakeholders.
• You will contribute to ESG reports and non-financial KPIs.
