You will strengthen the architecture team of a large transformation program, under the supervision of the internal enterprise architect and senior architects of an external partner, at a large insurer.
What you will do.
- You gather requirements from business, security, privacy, legal, and operations departments, and follow the group's architectural guidelines.
- You develop the target architecture and the architecture per phase, with temporary interim solutions where the ideal path is not yet possible.
- You propose solution variants and weigh them against multiple criteria.
- You identify architecture and technology risks.
- For each EPIC, you obtain approval from the architecture board. Only then does the implementation begin.
- You document in Sparx and monitor deviations from the approved architecture.
Profile
- At least 6 years of experience, of which 3 as a Solution Architect.
- Experience with AWS deployments with a focus on serverless (3 years, expert).
- Insight into BPMS, event-driven integration, and agentic platforms.
- Fluent English for business and technical communication.
- You enjoy working in a team, listen well, and remain calm under pressure.
Pluses.
- Experience with large transformation programs.
- Knowledge of the insurance domain for employee benefits.
- Understanding of mainframe limitations.
- Knowledge of French or Dutch.
