What you do
- Actively search for potential IT professionals through various recruitment channels and search tools.
- Take full responsibility for search activities and critically review approach and results.
- Conduct an initial qualitative analysis of CVs and perform telephone pre-selection interviews.
- Actively participate in recruitment activities, such as job fairs and recruitment days.
- Continuously maintain and develop the network and IT talent pool.
- Play a key role in the success of search assignments.
- Analyze recruitment needs and establish attractive job profiles.
- Identify potential candidates via social networks, targeted searches on specialized platforms, and the internal database.
- Support candidates throughout the selection process, up to contract signing.
- Act as a true recruitment partner for various stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at job fairs and IT events.
What they ask
- Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably with a specialization in human resources.
- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or executive search.
- Strong interest in IT is a major asset.
- Good knowledge of Dutch.
- Relevant experience in recruitment, ideally of IT profiles.
