Daily coordination of multiple maintenance contracts for building-related installations within the utility sector.
- Close collaboration with a Contract Manager.
- Ensuring agreements are met, work proceeds according to plan, and clients receive reliable service.
- Opportunity to contribute from the start to building processes, quality, and sustainable collaborations for a large maintenance contract with a government agency.
- Forming the connecting link between the client, service team, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring both the operational progress and the financial performance of the contracts.
What you do
- Set up contracts and projects in terms of structure, planning, and processes.
- Identify and manage contract and project risks.
- Maintain contact with clients and end-users, providing appropriate solutions for questions or disruptions.
- Conduct periodic consultations with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor the planning, progress, and quality of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor the financial results of contracts and report on them to the Contract Manager.
- Engage subcontractors where necessary and make agreements on execution and quality.
- Check reports and work of technicians and subcontractors.
- Guide and handle complaints, ensuring a structural solution.
- Support service technicians and service desk colleagues with technical and operational questions.
Profile
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
- Knowledge and experience with technical installations within the utility sector.
- Experience with contract management.
- Experience in a technical coordinating role is a plus.
- Ability to maintain structure in a hectic environment.
- Proficient in the Dutch language.
