  • Perform medical assessments.
  • Identify health issues.
  • Advise both employers and employees on possibilities for reintegration, prevention, and vitality.
  • Include factors such as working conditions, workload capacity, lifestyle, and social circumstances in your assessment.

Profile

  • Completed Master's degree in Medicine.
  • Valid BIG registration as a physician.
  • Interest in or affinity with occupational medicine and sustainable employability.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to switch between different discussion partners.
  • An eye for the person behind the absenteeism, looking beyond the medical complaint alone.
