You will work in a residential care center where personal attention for residents is central.
- The environment is protected and intended for residents with specific care indications.
- You create a safe, trusted, and homely environment with an eye for personal wishes and needs.
What you do
- You provide care and guidance to residents with, among other things, dementia and complex behavior.
- You signal changes in behavior and health, recognize peculiarities, and take action where necessary.
- You work closely with colleagues, informal caregivers, family members, volunteers, and other disciplines.
- You stimulate residents' independence and contribute to their well-being and quality of life.
- You are the point of contact for clients, colleagues, and other disciplines, providing advice and information.
What they ask
- A diploma as a Specialized Psychogeriatric Caregiver (GVP) or Primary Responsible Caregiver (EVV).
- Work experience is a plus.
- Good communicative and social skills.
- A flexible, positive, and professional attitude.
- Affinity with psychogeriatric care and dementia.
- Practical, patient, and solution-oriented.

- Salary according to the CAO VVT - FWG 40.
