An organization is building a safe haven for young people and young adults who need support. Their backgrounds and treatments vary, but the supervisor is a constant beacon in their lives.
What you do
- Provide structure to the target group.
- Allow the participant as much autonomy as possible and, where necessary, offer support in all areas.
- Support life skills such as cooking and cleaning.
- Act as a fixed mentor for a caseload, collaborating with the personal supervisor on set goals.
- Actively contribute to building a new department and participate in its development.
- Commit with confidence, a critical eye, decisiveness, and perseverance, even when things don't always go as planned.
Profile
- MBO level 4 diploma in a social field.
- Knowledge and experience with various target groups.
- Experience working with young people and/or young adults is a plus.
- Team player, independent, and self-reliant.
- Strong sense of responsibility, resilient, realistic and optimistic, transparent.
- Drive to further develop a new department.
- Christian identity (Catholic, Protestant, etc.) and ability to articulate what that means to you.
