HR Consultant

• You will be the eyes and ears on the work floor.
• You will make rounds, chat with flexible employees, and ensure new colleagues feel welcome.
• You will answer questions about contracts, planning, or leave.
• You will be visible and approachable for employees and team leaders.
• You will switch effortlessly between Dutch and English in an international work environment.
• You will process contracts and keep personnel files up-to-date.
• You will ensure all HR processes behind the scenes run smoothly, from personnel changes to absence registrations.
• You will focus on planning, coordinate with team leaders, and schedule interviews with new candidates.
• You will ensure staffing levels remain in order and provide solutions for sick reports or unexpected peaks.
• You will play an active role in attracting new colleagues, giving tours, and answering candidate questions.

• MBO 4 work and thinking level, preferably in HRM or a similar education.
• Good command of both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Driving license B and own transport.

Preferences.

• Experience with onboarding, personnel administration, or contract management is a plus.
