A Technical Operator 5-shifts is sought for an organization in the process industry. You will work daily with modern process installations and will have significant responsibility for a safe and stable production process.
What you will do. As a Technical Operator 5-shifts, you will monitor and operate the production process. You will check the functioning of the installations and intervene as soon as you detect a technical deviation. You will try to analyze and resolve a malfunction yourself. For larger technical work, you will collaborate with the mechanics. Your activities include:
- Setting up, operating, and converting process installations
- Detecting, analyzing, and resolving technical malfunctions
- Performing quality controls during the production process
- Performing first-line maintenance and replacing wear parts
- Registering production data and specificities
- Supporting revision work and planned maintenance
- Contributing to improvements in safety, quality
Profile
For this position, we are looking for an operator who prefers to technically inspect an installation before involving the technical service. You possess technical insight, work accurately, and take responsibility for the production process.
- MBO level 3 or 4, preferably in Process Technology, AOT, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive Technology
- Experience as an operator within a production or process environment
- Technical insight and affinity with mechanical installations
- Experience with first-line maintenance is a plus
- You work accurately and are solution-oriented
- Working safely and with quality is self-evident for you
