You intensively guide individuals who struggle to enter the labor market, particularly towards roles within the healthcare sector. Participants follow development trajectories to obtain practical certificates or MBO diplomas level 1 or 2. You coordinate the entire process, from introduction to internship guidance and outflow to work.
What you do
- Conduct conversations with participants and serve as their primary point of contact and support.
- Maintain close contact with collaboration partners, such as local residents, municipalities, healthcare, and educational institutions.
- Visit local residents and internship locations.
- Facilitate joint workshops and intervisions.
- Provide language support.
- Process necessary administration.
Profile
- HBO working and thinking level with an affinity for language support.
- Ability to independently manage projects.
- Viewing hectic situations and participant problems as a challenge, with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
- Gaining energy from people and easily connecting with diverse personalities.
- Being able to articulate convincingly and daring to network.
- Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
- Maintaining impeccable administration and being able to write reports.
- Being empathetic, flexible, creative, motivating, enthusiastic, and decisive.
