A literary collective is looking for a marketer for 8 hours a week. The intention is a long-term assignment where a lively, interesting, and interactive marcom strategy will be developed and executed for the brand and ongoing programs. The collective consists of millennials and Gen Z members and works with young writers, artists, and creators. They create literary and thematic festival programs, organize a talent development trajectory, and produce a podcast.
The programs are aimed at people who love art and crave performances with themes that are current, featuring many visual aspects, humor, and supported by theater, memes, videos, music, dystopian soundscapes, catwalks, and robots.
What you will do.
- Further design a marketing strategy.
- Ensure the visibility of the organization and its programs.
- Analyze target audiences.
- Write appropriate texts (captions, newsletter, press release).
- Maintain contact with the press, public, stakeholders.
- Be present during live programs.
