Real estate management and energy issues support

• You support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of preventive, corrective, and major maintenance.
• Together with the technical manager, you ensure that building files are complete, comply with laws and regulations, and that the necessary real estate data is recorded traceably.
• You contribute to organizing and maintaining real estate data.

• You visualize energy data and translate it into adequate energy monitoring and an action plan for the sustainability of buildings.
• Depending on your knowledge and experience, you coordinate energy issues related to buildings, such as street lighting and pumping stations. You do this in collaboration with the real estate management coordinator.
• Organize and maintain building files and real estate data, ensuring they are complete, traceable, and in accordance with laws and regulations.
• Support the technical manager in the preparation and execution of planned maintenance activities.
• Support the real estate management coordinator in improving and managing tenant and user agreements, including demarcation and allocation of service costs.
• Make energy data transparent and contribute to energy monitoring.
• Coordinate energy issues and contribute to an action plan for the sustainability of buildings.
• You monitor your own activities and, together with your colleagues, ensure timely execution, with the right quality and within legal frameworks and policy.
• A technical background is not necessary. It is important that you understand how real estate management processes are interconnected, ask the right questions, and can steer on quality, progress, and results.

Preferences. In addition to basic knowledge, affinity or experience is desired with:

• Financial accountability in real estate management.
• Management of user/tenant agreements.
• Working for a government organization.
• Use of Real Estate Information Systems (VIS).

• At least a demonstrable completed HBO bachelor's degree (higher professional education).
• Demonstrable work experience with sustainable multi-year maintenance plans ((D)MJOP's) from an MJOP management system.
• Demonstrable work experience with support for procurement and contract management.
• Demonstrable work experience with real estate management of social real estate within a municipal or other public organization.
• Demonstrable work experience with collecting, analyzing, and monitoring energy data and advising on real estate sustainability.
• Demonstrable work experience with managing tenant and user agreements, including service costs and demarcation issues.
• Demonstrable work experience with subsidy processes, financial accountability, and/or budget monitoring within real estate management.
• Demonstrable work experience with coordinating maintenance projects and managing external suppliers or contractors.
