Workplace Security Incident Response Leader

• You are part of a deployable team with additional responsibility for safe working on and around the tracks.
• You ensure a safe workplace and supervise compliance with the Safety Working Framework.
• You will be deployed for inspections, exercises, and maintenance in various roles: workplace security leader, supervisor of out-of-service tracks, safety officer/border guard, and incident response team member.
• You prepare the work, ensure proper workplace security during and after, and coordinate with executors or technical incident leaders.
• In case of incidents, you may be called upon to quickly create a safe workplace for emergency services and colleagues.
• For this specialization, you will follow internal training.
• Specific tasks include:
• Assessing safety instructions for feasibility and safety.
• Providing safety instructions to performers.
• Supervising and evaluating safety measures, setting a good example, stopping work if necessary, reporting and administering results.
• Evacuating travelers.
• Patrolling on and around the tracks.
• Performing surveillances in the port and responding to various incidents, including the handling of hazardous materials incidents.

• You are customer-oriented, stress-resistant, and flexible, with a strong personality.
• You have completed LWB/LLV training and experience as LWB 2 or higher.
• In complex situations, you quickly devise creative solutions to create a safe workplace within safety standards.
• You possess a valid driving license B.
• You are willing to obtain BHV (Emergency Response Officer) certification.
• You live within a 45-minute radius of the post.
• A breathing air examination is required before employment.
