You will work as a pedagogical employee at various locations of a childcare organization.
- You will guide children aged 0 to 12 years and organize fun and creative activities.
- The focus is entirely on the children; administrative tasks are handled by permanent colleagues.
What you do
- Guiding children of different ages.
- Devising and implementing fun and creative activities.
- Responding to the individual needs of each child to stimulate their development.
What they ask
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and curious.
- Able to create an environment where children can develop optimally.
- Good command of the Dutch language (meeting the IKK language requirement).
- A valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) or willingness to apply for one (costs will be reimbursed).
- Previous experience working with children is a plus.
Profile
- Suitable diploma according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Childcare (e.g., pedagogical professional, teaching assistant, sports & movement).
- Or you are pursuing a child-focused HBO or WO education (e.g., PABO, pedagogy, Social Work profile Youth, pedagogical sciences) with sufficient study credits (50% for BSO, 75% for KDV, 180 points for Social Work Youth at BSO, 60 points/propedeuse for university).
Practical
- Salary according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Childcare, scale 6, depending on experience and education.
- One-year contract with the possibility of a permanent contract upon good performance.
- A good package of secondary employment conditions, including travel expense reimbursement, a bicycle plan, collective insurance, and an end-of-year bonus.
- Priority for childcare for your own child(ren) at the organization.
- Personal 100-day onboarding program.
- Opportunities for further training, courses, and mental support through the internal academy and external services.
