Profile
- Minimum HBO (higher professional education) level
- Qualified to teach Dutch and English
- Possesses a teaching qualification for MBO (secondary vocational education) or is willing to obtain one
- Affinity with the MBO target group levels 2, 3, and 4 in an urban context
- Possesses a growth mindset and is strong in pedagogical and didactic areas
- Has a well-developed reflective capacity and is open to further development
