Cloud Project Solution Architect

• Working with Cloud policy, frameworks, and guidelines (Azure and M365 workplace)
• Drawing up designs (HLD, DLD) related to Cloud and SaaS services
• Testing and providing frameworks and guidelines that the organization and suppliers must adhere to
• Ensuring a bridge between information architecture and technical ICT architecture
• Supporting the development and implementation of an architectural roadmap
• Supporting Cloud change processes from an architectural perspective within other programs
• Monitoring the reference architecture
• Assessing proposals and designs from suppliers as Project Architect
• Participating in architecture consultations, including preparation and follow-up
• Co-assessing new or amended laws and regulations and, where necessary, adapting technical architecture frameworks and guidelines
• Co-promoting architecture within the organization

You are a Cloud Solution Architect who can ensure that new projects land in a controlled manner on an Azure Platform. You can assess the impact of new requests against policies and guidelines and translate them into an HLD and DLD together with suppliers. You can contribute substantively and work when it comes to Azure Cloud services and Design. You can co-design new services in Azure and ensure they align with the reference architecture.

You know how to involve your environment in establishing policies to build the right ICT facilities. You can delve into technical depth so that solutions are truly workable and also have an eye for the surrounding organization. You understand management processes and know how to involve our management teams in this change.

• Certifications AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect Expert) and AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals)
• Certification in TOGAF and ArchiMate
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience within a government organization
• Minimum a higher professional education (HBO) degree
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience as an Azure Solution Architect
• Agreement with the stated secondment conditions
• HBO/WO work and thinking level in the field of Informatics or Business Information Management
• Demonstrable knowledge of Azure (certified), minimum 5 years of experience with Azure architecture
• Demonstrable knowledge of common methods and techniques in architecture processes (e.g., DYA, TOGAF)
• Demonstrable knowledge of Security within Cloud environments
• Demonstrable knowledge of High Level Designs, reference architectures, policy development, and Cloud and SaaS services
• Minimum 6 years (after 2012) of demonstrable work experience as a Cloud Architect, in the field of Azure (possibly supplemented with Intune and AVD)
• Knowledge of SASE, PAM
• Recent work experience as an architect for the government
• Minimum 6 years of recent demonstrable experience in interpreting the latest IT trends and their applications
• A VOG (Certificate of Conduct) is a knock-out criterion

Wishes.

• Completed HBO degree in ICT / Informatics / Business Information Management or equivalent level obtained through experience
• Recent (last 8 years) demonstrable work experience with common methods and techniques in architecture processes (e.g., DYA, TOGAF) and demonstrable knowledge of Security within Cloud
• Recent (after 2012) demonstrable work experience as a Solution Architect
