Project Leader Buildings and Techniques

As a Facility project leader, you are responsible for the complete follow-up of various architectural and technical projects within the organization's real estate portfolio. For this, you work intensively with internal and external partners and monitor all aspects of the project: scope, planning, budget, quality, risks, and administrative follow-up.
What you do
- You lead the assigned construction, renovation, furnishing, technical, and potentially other improvement projects from A to Z, from large to small.
- You apply your expertise to problems in the current offices, or you can direct suitable contractors or suppliers for support.
- You organize consultations with internal clients, users, and external partners.
- You prepare public tenders and follow procurement procedures.
- You guide design agencies, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
- You monitor work and adjust where necessary.
- You research, implement, and evaluate new techniques and sustainable solutions.
- You monitor planning, budget, scope, quality, and risks.
- You draw up project plans and report on progress.
- You ensure correct and complete project administration, including reporting, budget monitoring, tender files, purchase orders, meeting minutes, and delivery documents.
- You contribute to the further professionalization of the Facility department.
- Standardization is in your DNA: you streamline processes, enforce structure, and ensure quality.
- You stimulate cooperation and knowledge sharing with facility colleagues.
Profile
- You have a graduate, bachelor's, or industrial engineer's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- You have experience with project-based work, as well as knowledge and/or experience in process-based work.
- You have a hands-on mentality when problems arise, with the aim of finding solutions.
- You possess strong skills in planning, organization, communication, and administration, and have an eye for detail.
- You have an analytical and solution-oriented approach, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills.
- You work independently, take responsibility, and maintain an overview, even when multiple projects are running simultaneously.
- You are interested in innovation, sustainability, and new techniques.
- You are a bridge-builder with a collegial attitude and smooth cooperation across departments.

- An indefinite-term contract.
- Salary according to the organization's scales, always paid on time. The minimum gross salary is 3,776.60 euros for a full-time position in this role. Depending on your relevant experience, you may be scaled higher. You will advance in this scale based on your seniority within the organization.
