Reintegration & Prevention Case Manager

• After an absenteeism notification, you contact the employee to assess the situation.
• You think along about appropriate support, from company doctor to company social worker, and remain involved until full return to work.
• In case of stagnation in the process, you take the initiative to discuss this and propose solutions.
• You actively maintain contact with clients: SME companies.
• You visit them regularly, often together with the company doctor, and advise on absenteeism, prevention, and interventions.
• You translate medical advice into practical solutions and contribute ideas at both individual and organizational levels.
• You periodically analyze the results of our services, for example via absenteeism reports.
• Based on this, you provide advice on next steps, such as a PMO, RIE, or training.

• You are a strong communicator, both by phone and in person.
• You have an affinity with absenteeism and reintegration and proactively think along with employers.
• You combine a people-oriented approach with a business perspective and know how to connect colleagues, clients, and services.

What they ask

• Completed HBO bachelor's degree, for example in HR, healthcare, sports management, or commerce (if you have an MBO degree, a capacity test is part of the application process).
• Interest in SMEs as a client group.
• Finds it acceptable that much client contact takes place by phone, email, and Teams.
• A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is a condition for employment.

Preferences.

• Experience with absenteeism processes, for example as a case manager or from an HR role.
• Availability on Wednesdays and Fridays is a plus.

• You are part of a multidisciplinary team where you collaborate with other professionals, company doctors, and colleagues from various occupational health disciplines: occupational experts, company social workers, psychologists, vitality advisors, safety experts, and occupational hygienists.
• You have a lot of freedom to manage your own agenda and client portfolio.
• You develop into an expert in absenteeism guidance and case management.
• You work intensively with the company doctor and build strong client relationships.
• You are part of a close-knit, open, and committed team.
• You work multidisciplinarily with all occupational health disciplines under one roof.
• The transition from task-oriented work to organization-oriented advising is in full swing and requires time and effort.
