UX Designer Design System & Accessibility

As an experienced UX Designer, you will design intuitive interfaces and contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience for applications and websites. You will play a key role in the maintenance and evolution of the design system. You will ensure that components, models, and guidelines remain consistent, accessible, and up-to-date, while supporting teams in their proper use.

What you will do.

• Participate in needs analysis and familiarize yourself with users and their environment to best define functional requirements.
• Select and plan appropriate research methods, and contribute to recruiting participants to gather necessary information via interviews, surveys, focus groups, and user tests.
• Propose adapted solutions and design low and high-fidelity interfaces with a mobile-first approach.
• Collaborate closely with analysts and developers to design relevant interfaces and ensure that delivered applications meet the needs of users and their usage context.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and UX/UI best practices, notably WCAG 2.1.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of design systems.
• Ensure fluid and effective communication with stakeholders and the team.
