Support for the HR manager within an organization in a development phase.
- Focus on structure, culture, behavior, and leadership.
- Contributing to strategic HR themes in addition to daily operations.
What you will do.
- Support managers with questions about performance, development, and teams.
- Participate in various discussions where HR expertise is needed.
- Conduct selection and job interviews.
- Prepare proposals for employment conditions and contracts.
- Coordinate onboarding and introduction of new employees.
- Guide the initial phase of employment.
- Guide and implement job changes.
- Guide and take action on terminations and settlement agreements.
- Support adherence to absenteeism protocols.
- Coordinate with the case manager.
- Weekly follow-up of absenteeism files.
Profile
- Independent HR professional with demonstrable experience in the mentioned topics.
- Able to operate immediately and independently without much instruction.
- Helps the HR manager gain more time for strategic development themes.
- Provides immediate relief to the HR team.
- Demonstrable experience in industry or technology is a strong plus.
