As an Intercedent at an employment agency, you are daily involved in connecting clients and candidates. You start the day with a team meeting where priorities are discussed. Afterwards, you contact clients to inquire about the well-being of the employees you have placed. You plan client visits and work on strengthening relationships and discovering new opportunities. In the afternoon, you visit workplaces to guide flexible workers and answer their questions.
In between, you handle administrative tasks and track progress in systems. You work closely with your colleagues and receive support where needed. At the end of the day, you look back with satisfaction on the impact you have made for clients and candidates.

- MBO 4 or HBO working and thinking level.
- Experience with customer contact and administrative tasks.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
- Driving license B
- Willingness to travel within the region.
