Change Manager

For a digitalization project, an organization is looking for an experienced Change Manager to guide the user organization in the implementation of a new case management system. You will be responsible for developing and executing a change and adoption approach that supports users during the transition to new processes and systems. You will work closely with project teams, managers, process owners, training managers, and other stakeholders.

What you will do.

  • Develop a change and adoption plan
  • Conduct change impact analyses
  • Set up communication and training initiatives
  • Guide end-users, key users
  • Develop practical working agreements and support materials
  • Collect feedback and support continuous improvement
  • Contribute to a sustainable embedding of the new way of working

Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in change management
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business change management within digital transformation or implementation projects
  • Experience with stakeholder management, communication planning, user adoption, and training approach
  • Experience in guiding user organizations during complex change processes
  • Experience with incident and change management
  • Experience with the implementation of application or case management systems
  • Experience in operational environments where continuity is crucial
  • Dutch at CEFR level C2

Preferences.

  • Experience within a public organization
  • Knowledge of ADKAR/Prosci
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
  • Professional knowledge of French and English
