- Collaborate intensively with occupational physician assistants and absenteeism case managers.
- Fulfill an important medical and advisory role, with task delegation where appropriate.
- Provide content-related guidance to colleagues and monitor the quality of services.
- Ensure that different expertises are well aligned.
- Identify developments within organizations and translate them into practical and substantiated advice.
- Stand by the client as an advisor and partner, jointly seeking solutions that fit both the employee and the organization.
