Personal supervisor LVB

Supporting residents with a mild intellectual disability (LVB) to enhance their independence.
- Residents may also have autism, psychological or behavioral issues, or a history of addiction.
- Working in a team that is actively developing, contributing to its further evolution.
What you will do.
- Combine daily guidance with a coordinating role.
- Support residents with tasks such as cooking, finances, social contacts, appointments, and daily routines.
- Primarily work evening and night shifts, providing calm, structure, and safety.
- Develop support plans and guidance goals, monitor progress, and translate agreements into daily guidance.
- Signal changes, coordinate with colleagues, relatives, and therapists.
- Help colleagues work with a consistent approach.
- Seek a balance between supporting and letting go, using professional expertise to make appropriate choices.
What they ask for.
- Completed MBO-4 (intermediate vocational education level 4) degree in Care & Welfare, for example, Social Care Worker.
- Good communication and administrative skills.
- Experience with digital systems such as Outlook and ECD.
- Available and motivated to primarily work evening and night shifts.

- Clear communication and a strong personality.
- Ability to set boundaries without losing contact with residents.
- Stimulate independence.
- Remain calm when a situation does not go as expected.
Practical
- 2 hours of administrative time per client per month, outside direct care hours, for support plans, reports, and coordination.
- Laptop and phone available for work activities.
