As a knowledge centre employee, you ensure that relevant information and expertise are available for a security organization, enabling it to perform its tasks effectively.

What you do
- Evaluate training courses and products, translating findings into well-substantiated and clear reports.
- Build trust with stakeholders, leading to widely supported advice that aligns with practice.
- Research trends and developments within the field of physical security and translate outcomes into concrete recommendations.
- Propose innovative solutions to improve and renew tools and services.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners.
Profile
- Analytically strong professional with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Eye for detail and structured way of working.
- Ability to convert complex information into practical solutions.
- Clear communication and ability to adapt communication style to different target groups.
What they ask
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, preferably in project and knowledge management, educational sciences, or integral safety sciences.
- Experience with research methods focused on evaluating processes or products.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Willingness to wear a uniform that aligns with the culture of the security organization.
Practical
- Opportunity for an Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 16.33% of the salary, built up monthly.
- The IKB can be used for:
- Exchange of commuting allowance (maximum 15% of salary).
- The monthly difference between the allowance for private transport for commuting and the fiscal maximum.
- A bicycle for personal use, including accessories and bicycle insurance.
- A computer that can also be used for work or study, including accessories and computer insurance.
- A battery or electrical components for a bicycle.
- Payment of trade union contributions.
- The organization expects to further expand the possibilities of the IKB in the future.
