- Ensuring healthcare professionals can work optimally.
What you will do.
- Facilitate and make decisions in complex and challenging environments.
- Lead diverse healthcare teams and ensure practices function well.
- Set your own agenda and be regularly present at locations requiring the most attention at that time.
- Coach employees, drive collaboration, and be responsible for personnel policy.
- Seek new opportunities for service provision.
- Translate organizational goals into practice and create a safe, positive work environment where teams can grow.
- Monitor quality, achieve objectives, implement policies, and maintain contacts with chain partners.
- Be available when the situation demands it and be scheduled for on-call duties in accordance with the collective labor agreement.
- Travel to various locations where you lead diverse teams, ranging from 2 to 10 colleagues.
- Be present at the head office one to two times a month for meetings.
Profile
- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level with a relevant HBO degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing multiple (large) teams, including personnel and operational responsibility.
- Preferably experience within (primary) healthcare and developed stakeholder management skills.
- Possesses a driving license B and is flexibly deployable within your region.
- Sensitive, strong communicator, connector, persuasive, and intrinsically motivated.
- Able to remain calm and act adequately in stressful situations.
