- Minimum of an MBO-4 (equivalent) diploma in MMZ, SPW, or nursing.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a supervisor with MID and/or NAH.

- Good at prioritizing.
- Enjoys working in a team, but also makes independent decisions.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Practical
- A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required.
