- You conduct intake and home interviews with residents seeking assistance.

- You prepare clear interview reports and well-substantiated advice.
- You investigate additional provisions and purposefully utilize your network.
- You monitor implementation and follow-up, and collaborate with partners in the social work field.

- You have 3-5 years of relevant experience as a WMO consultant or in a similar role.
- You possess excellent communication skills and a clear conversational style.
- You have extensive knowledge of the Wmo and the Participatiewet.
- You work carefully, analytically, and can prioritize well across multiple case files.
- You are familiar with collaborating with neighborhood teams, care providers, and other chain partners.
