Become an inspiring force at a specialized center: grow, connect, and develop within a driven team of experts in personality treatment!

What you will do.

  • As a Master Psychologist, you will work with clients with complex personality issues within one or more specialized treatment programs: Affect Phobia Therapy (AFT), Guideline-Informed Treatment for Personality Disorders (GIT-PD), and/or Mentalization Based Treatment (MBT).
  • You will be part of a close-knit multidisciplinary team where collaboration, professional development, and personal growth are central.
  • Depending on your expertise and interests, you will work within the AFT, GIT-PD, and/or MBT team.
  • You will treat clients both individually and in groups and, as the primary therapist, will be responsible for parts of the treatment process, always in close collaboration with a lead therapist.
  • Within GIT-PD, you will work according to a structured, evidence-based treatment methodology that combines effective elements from MBT, CBT, and EMDR, among others.
  • Within AFT, you will guide clients who struggle with recognizing, experiencing, and expressing feelings and emotions. You will provide group treatments, introductory training, and individual sessions, helping clients gain insight into their defense mechanisms.
  • If you work with MBT, you will focus on strengthening clients' ability to better understand their own thoughts, feelings, and behavior, as well as those of others.
  • Additionally, you will play an important connecting role between treatment and clients' daily functioning. You will support them in formulating and achieving personal goals in the areas of work, education, relationships, and social participation.
  • You will also monitor treatment progress, draw up signaling plans, and timely identify potential crisis situations, collaborating with colleagues to implement appropriate interventions.
