Data Asset Manager

• Act as the central driver for all activities related to customer and business operations data to make the project a success.
• Based on a vision of the data landscape for customer and business operations data, determine the necessary master data structures as a basis for:
• The setup of a new CRM system (Salesforce).
• Cleaning and/or enriching data in the context of data migration.
• Reliable management information.
• Gain an overview of the current (IST) and target (SOLL) application architecture to assess the implications on and from data and to initiate measures for a controlled transition.
• Coordinate collaboration with stakeholders within the business, the (information) modeling office, and business architects.

Deliverables.

• Developing a data migration strategy for migrating to a new application landscape (Salesforce and/or related applications).
• Establishing data quality standards and, based on these, initiating/executing actions for data cleaning and/or enrichment.
• Co-developing a generic information model for customer and business operations data.
• Establishing frameworks for the business operations data landscape.

What they ask

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field of data asset management.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience with Information Provision within the public domain, where policy and implementation are closely linked.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in complex programs, where you deal with various parties/projects with different interests.
• Demonstrable experience with data asset management activities in the Business Operations domain.
