You will be placed in a residential unit that includes an open living unit for 20 residents working on recovery with a focus on self-management and negotiated care. Additionally, there is a group home with 6 beds where maximum input and minimal intrusive care are central, with remote guidance. Another residential unit consists of 4 living groups with 24-hour guidance for adults with long-term and complex psychological vulnerabilities.
The heterogeneous group of residents receives structured support and recovery-oriented conversational guidance.
What you do
- You have a varied role as a night nurse assistant, where you can truly make a difference for the residents and their families.
- You apply a recovery-oriented approach and prioritize the autonomy and lived experience of the residents and their network.
- As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you support the guidance of residents, both individually and in groups.
- You contribute to creating a calm living environment to promote the residents' night rest.
- You perform night duties that fall within your area of expertise.
- You work during the night.
Profile
- A diploma as a nurse assistant with some experience or as a recent graduate. You will be coached by a professional team.
- Experience or internships in mental healthcare are a plus.
- You possess a good degree of independence and help shape the guidance.
- With your enthusiasm, openness, and flexibility, you maintain and build a great team dynamic.
- You have a heart for people with psychological vulnerabilities and are eager to work with them.
- You can identify with a recovery-oriented approach and prioritize the autonomy and lived experience of the residents and their network.
