Project Leader Coordinator

An educational organization is looking for a Project Leader / Coordinator for administration & organization.

• The organization is a volunteer organization that offers language lessons to non-Dutch speakers.
• You will work with another project leader to divide projects and tasks.

What you will do.

• Coordinate and execute all administrative tasks.
• Be the first point of contact for students and teachers.
• Monitor the progress and placement of new students.
• Perform related administrative tasks (answering emails, contracts, invoicing, and payments).
• Guide and support the working group responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training new teachers.
• Handle remaining HR activities such as emergency response, VOGs (certificates of good conduct), and contracts for volunteers and students.
• Perform light marketing and communication tasks: maintaining the website and social media, sending newsletters, creating flyers.
• Manage the facility aspects of the school: placing orders, contacting suppliers.

What they ask

• HBO diploma or equivalent level of thinking/working.
• Affinity with education.
• Familiarity with volunteer organizations and their dynamics.
• Experience in leading projects and capable of execution.
• Good digital administrative skills.
• Flexible and open to people from different cultural backgrounds.
• Good at improvising, organizing, and collaborating in a team.
