Training Coordinator

What you will do. As a Training Coordinator, you are an important link between participants, trainers, clients, and colleagues. You ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and maintain an overview of multiple training programs simultaneously. Your tasks include:

• Planning and organizing training courses and class days
• Coordinating with trainers, participants
• Arranging training locations and educational materials
• Monitoring schedules and administrative processes
• Supporting the improvement and optimization of working methods
• Identifying bottlenecks and actively contributing to solutions
• Contributing to the further growth and professionalization of the organization
