For a production company, we are looking for a Technical Operator. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for the optimal functioning of the production process. You will set up machines, resolve malfunctions, and monitor product quality.
What you will do.
- Responsible for a smooth and efficient production process.
- Ensure machines operate optimally, planning is met, and products comply with quality requirements.
- Start up, set up, and adjust machines as needed.
- Quickly resolve technical malfunctions.
- Connect silos and tanks, change injectors and hoses.
- Actively contribute to improvements in the production process.
- Perform quality controls and adjust when products do not meet specifications.
- In the absence of the team leader, together with a colleague, take over the daily management of the production process.
- Maintain an overview, support production employees with technical questions.
- Ensure that production continues safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
Profile
- Completed MBO education (vocational secondary education), preferably in a technical field.
- Experience as an operator or in a technical production environment.
- Technical insight and the ability to independently analyze and resolve malfunctions.
- Accurate and an eye for quality.
- Good ability to maintain an overview and set priorities.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system; opportunities also exist for a 2-shift system.
Practical
- A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
- Salary up to €3,619 gross per month based on full-time employment.
- 18.33% shift allowance for working in a 3-shift system.
- 8% holiday pay.
