An IT Service Manager is sought who can bring structure, take responsibility, and ensure robust ICT service delivery.
The organization is a trade association that supports regional facilities in the Netherlands. From its office, the sector is supported on national issues concerning quality, innovation, information provision, and collaboration. Within a specific program, you will work in a small, dedicated team of professionals on the national ICT facilities that support the sector daily.
What you do
You combine tactical management with a practical, hands-on approach. You bring structure, monitor the quality of service delivery, and ensure that management processes are professionally set up.
- Mapping, structuring, and documenting management processes
- Managing external IT suppliers and monitoring SLA agreements
- Analyzing and following up on incidents and disruptions
- Coordinating system changes
- Managing contracts, licenses, and IT budgets
- Setting up clear quality registration and reports
- Identifying bottlenecks and initiating structural improvements
- Maintaining the network with regional facilities and other stakeholders
Additionally, you will be the accessible point of contact for regional facilities regarding national ICT facilities and their management.
Profile
A pragmatic and proactive IT professional is sought who enjoys building and improving things. You take initiative and know how to bring structure. You are a strong communicator, politically sensitive, and can easily switch between various stakeholders. You have an overview, are decisive, and gain energy from organizing, documenting, and improving.
- Minimum HBO (higher professional education) level with a completed HBO degree, for example in Computer Science, Business IT & Management, or Business Informatics
- Preferably experience with IT service management, contract management, budget monitoring, and external IT suppliers
- A true doer with a helicopter view
- Enjoy working in a network-oriented way and easily take on the role of initiator and organizer
- Affinity with the healthcare sector; experience within this sector is a plus
