For a stable organization specializing in custom aluminum constructions, we are looking for a Project Leader. You combine technical knowledge and site visits with client contact and project follow-up. You will receive a lot of autonomy, an attractive salary package, and especially the opportunity to grow into a management position or even the role of managing director in the long term.
What you do
- Accurately measure construction sites and map out all technical details
- Collaborate with the technical draftsman to translate measurements into execution plans and follow up on these with the client
- Coordinate material supply and planning with internal production and assembly teams
- Point of contact for clients, contractors, site managers
- Monitor the progress of various projects and maintain an overview
- Regularly visit construction sites
- The role combines technical insight with organization, communication
What they ask
- At least a bachelor's or master's degree in a construction-related field
- +5 years of experience in the construction sector and knowledge of how things work on a construction site
- Technical insight, able to read construction plans, and work accurately
- Mature, independent, and strong organizational skills. You take initiative and know how to get things done
- Able to communicate fluently with clients, technical draftsmen, and assembly teams, and willing to take responsibility
- Fluent in Dutch and basic knowledge of French
- Driving license B
- No fear of heights
- Experience as a project leader is a plus, but candidates with relevant site experience who want to grow are also eligible
- Knowledge of aluminum constructions is not a must; your technical foundation, independence, and motivation to learn are decisive
