Rental Expert

A dynamic organization specializing in the rental of unique holiday homes in various European countries is looking for a Rental Expert. You will independently build a quality portfolio of holiday homes in a specific region and maintain relationships with homeowners.

What you will do.

  • Acquire new homeowners and assess whether their holiday home fits within the offering.
  • Negotiate market-conform prices, contracts, and conditions, including availability and exclusivity.
  • Proactively maintain contact with existing homeowners and work on their satisfaction and the performance of their holiday home.
  • Monitor the quality of the offering and ensure correct and complete contracts, object data, and visual material.
  • Follow up on leads and execute win-back campaigns.
  • Analyze occupancy rates and performance, and take timely actions to optimize them.
  • Identify market developments and provide advice on them.
  • Initiate lead events in the region and exclusively represent the organization there.

Profile

  • HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and connecting skills.
  • Experience with project-based work and process management.
  • The ability to negotiate independently and make clear agreements.
  • A commercial and customer-oriented attitude, with an eye for quality and results.
  • You are eager to learn and actively seek knowledge that you can apply in your work.
  • You see connections between your work in the region and the broader goals of the organization.
  • You actively contribute to improvements and opportunities for healthy growth.
