What you do
- Analyze absenteeism and safety net files (ZW, WIA, WGA)
- Identify savings opportunities and risks within absenteeism and safety net situations
- Submit objections and requests to relevant government agencies
- Recognize, submit, and monitor safety net situations, including overseeing benefit possibilities and decisions made
- Act as a strategic sparring partner for HR departments and payroll administrations
- Stay informed about legislative changes and developments in social security
What they ask
- HBO or WO (higher professional education or university) work and thinking level, preferably in Law, HRM, Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with social legislation, absenteeism, or safety net schemes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical ability and eye for detail
- A client-oriented attitude, persuasiveness, and understanding of organizational relationships
- Experience with contact with relevant government agencies is a plus
