A municipal cooperation organization is looking for a procurement advisor to take on and execute ongoing and new tenders. This includes both multiple private tenders and European tenders. The role is crucial to support the procurement team in further embedding the procurement function within the organization. The activities are an integral part of regular business operations and require full integration into the team.
What you will do.
- Taking on and executing ongoing and new tenders (multiple private and European).
- Examples of tenders: ENSIA and Wpg audit, rainwater structural plan, WMO medical advice, multi-year minor sewer maintenance and connections, multi-year sewer repair + renovation, electrical equipment for refugee reception centers, maintenance of planting areas and tree pits.
- Participation in internal meetings.
- Working under the daily guidance of the responsible manager.
- Determining priorities, activities, and desired results in collaboration with the organization.

- Demonstrable work experience with taking over and transferring ongoing tenders.
- Completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level.
Preferences.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 8 years as a procurement advisor at a municipal organization.
- Completed at least 20 multiple private and European tenders.
