Profile
- HBO or university level of thinking and working
- Experience as a manager, team leader, department head, or operational manager within operational management
- Experience within a municipality, public organization, or publicly funded organization
- Experience with one or more operational management disciplines, such as HR, finance, information management, procurement, legal affairs, facility management, or service delivery
- Coaching and connecting leadership style
- Organizational sensitivity and understanding of administrative relationships
- Experience with organizational development, change projects, or process improvement
- Ability to switch between strategic, tactical, and operational levels
- Motivation to visibly advance organizations and teams
