As a Sustainability Advisor, you will be active in a cluster dealing with a wide diversity of projects in the fields of heat plans, insulation, energy generation, grid congestion, spatial planning, energy storage, and circularity. The emphasis will be on grid congestion and smart energy systems. You will devise solutions and translate them into implementation. This involves the temporary filling of a permanent position with ongoing core activities within a public organization.

Profile
You will be part of a close-knit team of colleagues dedicated to a pleasant, safe, and green living environment. Together, you advise on and develop policies for municipal, regional, and national challenges in areas such as water, green spaces, roads, sewerage, lighting, real estate, recreation, play, and cemeteries. Traffic, housing, and sustainability are also important topics within the team. You independently manage projects and ensure good execution.
You collaborate closely with team members, other employees of the organization, residents, energy cooperatives, grid operators, developers, and entrepreneurs.
What they ask
- Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO-bachelor level (higher professional education)
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience as a sustainability advisor/project leader in energy transition and/or energy projects at a public organization
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience with grid congestion issues, energy infrastructure, and/or sustainable energy projects
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrable work experience in drafting college and board proposals
- Agreement with the stated secondment conditions
Preferences.
