Content Manager
As Content Manager, you are part of the core team of a support team, along with the program manager and the operational manager. You are responsible for the substantive and strategic coherence within a specific program and for the connection between the support team, relevant clients, and other internal and external stakeholders. The role has a broad responsibility within the support team.
What you will do.
- Contribute to the direction and development of the program and advise the core team on this.
- Monitor and strengthen the substantive coherence between various projects, assignments, and program lines.
- Identify relevant substantive, social, and administrative developments, bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies.
- Maintain and strengthen the strategic and substantive connection with relevant clients and national partners.
- Translate agreements, developments, and signals from clients into programming and implementation.
- Ensure good substantive information exchange and coordination between clients, the core team, and the program team.
- Initiate and co-design new assignments and program lines.
- Prepare and coordinate substantive and strategic topics for meetings.
- Contribute to the preparation of decision-making and monitor the substantive follow-up of agreements.
- Coordinate the substantive alignment of documents for clients and administrative meetings.
- Connect policy and practice and stimulate information and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain relevant national and regional networks.
- Act as a strategic and critical sparring partner within the core team.
What they ask
- At least a completed scientific master's degree in the field of youth, social domain, or societal issues.
- At least 7 years of demonstrable work experience within the social domain in the role of advisor, strategist, or policymaker at a national level.
- At least 7 years of demonstrable work experience with programs and projects in the youth domain.
- At least 7 years of demonstrable work experience within a political-administrative environment.
Wishes.
- Demonstrable access to an active national and regional network in youth care (within municipal government, local providers, client organizations, or knowledge and scientific institutes).
- Demonstrable work experience with stakeholder management, including administrative organizations such as governments, evidenced by at least one and a maximum of three reference projects.
- Demonstrable work experience at a political/administrative level.
- Demonstrable experience in drafting substantive and administrative documents (e.g., learning or program reports, progress reports, and/or policy documents), evidenced by at least one and a maximum of three written and shared documents.
