Flexible Employee

• You work on a flexible basis in the various residences of a care facility.
• You provide residents with daily guidance and care based on their personal care plan.
• You contribute to a pleasant, safe, and convivial living environment for the residents.
• You work with target groups such as Somatics, PG, intensive PG, NAH/GP, and GRZ.
• Shifts are between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
• You have the flexibility to arrange your own schedule.

• You enjoy assisting in different departments and can easily switch between various target groups.
• You are skilled at observing residents in addition to your tasks and are always aware of their behavior and any changes.

What they ask

• Possess a diploma relevant to the position at MBO level 2, 3, or 4 (e.g., nursing assistant IG, social care support worker, or nurse).
• Be authorized and competent.
• Be able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and a reference.

• A one-year contract, with the prospect of a permanent position.
• A salary commensurate with the position and experience (in accordance with the VVT collective labor agreement).
• An 8% holiday allowance and an 8.33% year-end bonus in accordance with the VVT collective labor agreement.
