This assignment involves leading and monitoring software development projects within an organization in the social sector. You translate business needs and changes in social legislation into concrete software adaptations. You are a strong organizer who brings people together, drives projects forward, and bridges the gap between business and IT.
What you do
- Lead and monitor software development projects, from analysis to delivery
- Translate business needs and changes in social legislation into concrete software adaptations
- Coordinate developers, analysts, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project planning, quality
- Apply Agile and other project methodologies
- Proactively solve project problems and monitor risks and bottlenecks
- Coordinate with stakeholders on project progress and delivery
What they ask
- Experience as a Project Leader within IT and/or software development projects
- Experience in the HR/payroll sector or knowledge of social legislation is a must
- Strong in stakeholder management and communication
- Able to switch easily between business, development, and infrastructure teams
- Able to bring structure, overview, and priorities to an environment that is not always fully mature
- Familiar with Agile and other project methodologies
- Hands-on, takes initiative, and thinks pragmatically
- Certifications are not a requirement; personality and approach are paramount
- Fluent in both Dutch and French
