What you do
- Provide training, workshops, and instructions.
- Coach and guide employees and teams.
- Support training and development trajectories.
- Identify learning and development needs.
- Contribute ideas for ICT innovations and digital work processes.
- Test and help implement new ICT applications.
- Translate user needs into practical improvements.
- Support colleagues in using digital systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external experts.
- Report on progress, results, and improvement points.
What they ask
- Dutch nationality.
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages (spoken and written).
- Certificate of Conduct (VOG) without special remarks.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in ICT at MBO-4 level.
- Enjoy guiding individuals in ICT and contributing to the innovation and development of current ICT at unit level.
- Flexible and comfortable with changes or quick reactions between tasks.
- MBO 4 ICT.
- CCNA 1, CCNA 2.
- ITIL 4 Foundation.
- CompTIA Network+.
- Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 certificates, Linux certifications.
- Experience in coaching and providing training.
- Proficiency in:
- Windows and/or Linux
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN
- Hardware, virtualization
- Active Directory or a comparable identity solution
- Microsoft 365 or comparable cloud platforms
- Backup, monitoring
- Scripting and automation, e.g., PowerShell, Bash
- IT service management, such as incident, change, and problem management
- Information security and privacy
- Cloud concepts and hybrid infrastructures
