An organization is looking for a Business Solutions Manager to support the continuous growth of its Management Resources division. In this key role, you will assist organizations in identifying their expertise needs and propose the most suitable solutions through a network of highly qualified professionals. You enjoy developing trusting relationships, understanding clients' strategic challenges, and creating high-value connections between companies and talents.
What you do
- You develop your client portfolio, identify their challenges, and support them in finding effective solutions.
- You play an essential role in identifying, selecting, and monitoring Interim Managers, ensuring a quality experience for all stakeholders throughout the assignments.
- You identify clients' short-term and long-term challenges and establish your credibility at the executive level.
- You analyze potential project or assignment needs and propose targeted solutions by finding the appropriate experts.
- You maintain regular follow-up with your clients and simultaneously develop new professional relationships and a solid network by targeted prospecting among decision-makers (C-level).
- You work in close collaboration with Talent Managers and stay in touch with the market by selecting and meeting Interim Managers.
- You ensure the smooth running and quality of assignments and projects through rigorous monitoring and are the client's point of contact.
- You strengthen your network at professional events, with the support of your managerial team.
Profile
- You hold a Master's degree, ideally with an economic orientation.
- You have a minimum of 4 years of corporate experience in a similar role of prospecting and client consulting.
- You have a commercial mindset and are ambitious, proactive, client- and results-oriented.
- You have an analytical mind, strong commercial and communication skills, and know how to set priorities.
- You have an open and flexible personality and wish to succeed within a motivated and growing organization.
- You work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including internally.
- You are fluent in French and English. Knowledge of Dutch is an an asset.
- Experience and affinity with finance, supply chain, or IT are a plus.
