You will use your passion for vitality and absenteeism to keep people sustainably and vitally employed. You will directly make a difference for flexible workers and elevate your expertise within a staffing services organization.
What you do
- Independently manage and guide complex absenteeism files for flexible workers via phone and personal contact.
- Expertly advise intermediaries, occupational health services, company doctors, and managers on appropriate interventions and next steps.
- Monitor process flow and regulations concerning the Wet verbetering poortwachter (Gatekeeper Improvement Act).
- Analyze absenteeism trends in a specific region and proactively initiate preventive vitality programs.
- Coach and provide substantive support to junior colleagues within the team.
What they ask
- A completed HBO degree (e.g., in HRM, Applied Psychology, Health Sciences, or similar).
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience with absenteeism guidance, reintegration, and the Wet verbetering poortwachter.
- Experience within the temporary employment sector or with flexible workers is a plus.
- A decisive professional with strong advisory skills and a healthy dose of persuasiveness.
- Willingness to work at a regional office at least 1 day per week and travel to headquarters once every 6 weeks.
