An educational organization with multiple locations and a wide range of vocational education (MBO) programs is looking for a marketing and communication teacher. You will work within a specialized educational institution that combines top-level sports and studies. The organization serves a diverse student population and strives for high-quality education with great attention to the student.
What you will do.
- Teach MBO students who combine top-level sports and studies within the Sport & Business program at levels 3 and 4.
- Help students make choices and monitor their progress.
- Develop and provide lessons and workshops on marketing and communication, focusing on practice, sports, and business (e.g., branding, content creation, digital communication).
- Teach students to work with digital tools and demonstrate the applicability of marketing within sports organizations, clubs, and events.
- Act as a study coach for a group of students, conducting coaching interviews, monitoring development, and adjusting when sports and studies conflict.
- Take into account students' training schedules, competitions, and recovery periods.
- Contribute to the further development of education and a national educational network.

- You adapt your guidance per student and know when to accelerate or slow down.
- You share ideas within the team, collectively improve education, and take responsibility for quality and clarity.
- You have an affinity with top athletes and understand their specific needs.
- You motivate students for their education and connect with their sports practice.
