As an ICTO coach, you will work at the intersection of educational science, information management, and multimedia. You will be part of a staff department and focus on the use of ICT and/or technology to support education. Together with a fellow ICTO coach, you will be an important sparring partner for teachers and instructors regarding the use of ICT tools. You will also provide support when problems arise with hardware and software.
What you will do.
- Support and advise teachers and instructors of an educational institution on the use of ICT and applications in education by:
- Acting as a helpdesk for ICT and applications for teachers and instructors.
- Guiding teachers and instructors in implementing ICT and applications in education.
- Setting up and maintaining an FAQ page regarding ICT and applications.
- In collaboration with an educational expert, providing workshops on ICT and applications.
- In collaboration with an educational expert and colleagues from the multimedia department, creating instructional videos for new ICT and applications.
- In collaboration with an educational expert, translating the needs of teachers and instructors into functional requirements and possible applications.
- Function as an expert in the field of ICT and applications in education by:
- Delving into new hardware and software and making it accessible to teachers.
- Participating in relevant networks, forums, and collaborations.

Profile
- Relevant HBO (or MBO+) education in the field of education, ICT, and applications.
- Some experience in a similar position, preferably within higher education.
- Clear affinity with digital didactics, information techniques, and data structures.
- Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, and able to explain complex technical matters simply.
- Communicative, creative, flexible, service-oriented, results-driven, and a good team player.
